Our goal is to make sure you SLUTTY VEGANS are satisfied, so here are some rules!
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, please contact us by email at sluttymerch@sluttyveganatl.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
All apparel and accessories are made to order, so the normal order fulfillment time is 7-14 business days. Invalid shipping addresses can delay the processing of your order, so please confirm that all data is correct.
DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email at sluttymerch@sluttyveganatl.com. Please include a photo of the problem.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
If you have provided an email address at the time of order, a UPS tracking number will be sent to you. Please contact UPS directly regarding the status of your delivery. Based upon tracking information, once the package shows as delivered, Slutty Vegan is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, misdelivered or stolen item.
EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your Slutty Vegan item, you may return it for an exchange within 10 business days. Please note that the item must be returned in resale condition (no deodorant or food stains). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in the exchange. If the customer incurs an additional cost to exchange to a larger size, payment must be made prior to re-shipment. Please contact our support team by email prior to returning any item.
